Life-to-Eagle Advisor & Plan: Meet with your assigned advisor and develop a plan including your timeline, progress, and project ideas.
Merit Badges: Prioritize remaining required badges, keeping in mind that Family Life, Personal Fitness, and Personal Management take 12+ weeks to complete.
Service Project Proposal & Approvals: Find a service project you are passionate about. Complete the BSA Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook. Get approval from the Beneficiary, Scoutmaster, Troop Committee, and District Committee.
Execute & Complete the Project: Complete the Project Plan section of the Workbook. Lead workdays and document the process with photos. Complete the Report section and obtain post-project sign-offs.
Eagle Application & Paperwork: Export your Eagle Application from Scoutbook Plus and complete missing fields.
Request Letters of Recommendation sent directly to the Committee Chair.
Write a Statement of Ambitions and Life Purpose.
Assemble your Eagle Binder and update your Scout Achievements Binder.
Scoutmaster Conference & Board of Review: Attend your Scoutmaster Conference in full Class A uniform with your sash and binders to get signatures from the Scoutmaster. Then request your Eagle Board of Review.
